✅ Return Eligibility

A return or refund request will be accepted only in the following situations:

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear images or videos of the product and outer packaging must be provided

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition


❌ Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product delivered is correct, undamaged, and as described

  • The request is due to personal preference or change of mind

  • There are minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Delivery timelines are affected by logistics or external factors

  • The customer provides incorrect address details or is unavailable at delivery

Once a product is delivered in proper condition, it cannot be returned or refunded.


💰 Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders:
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    Approved refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer, subject to verification

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


🚚 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests are accepted only after verification

  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion


⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Important Information

  • COD orders are verified before dispatch

  • Once a COD order is delivered in correct and undamaged condition, returns are not accepted

  • Repeated misuse of COD returns may result in COD restriction for future orders
