❌ Order Cancellation Policy – TrendzWorld (India)

At TrendzWorld, we follow a transparent and structured order cancellation process to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries for our customers across India. Please read the cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

🕒 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched

  • Cancellation requests must be raised as soon as possible after placing the order

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

This applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

🚚 After Dispatch / Delivery

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered are not eligible for cancellation

  • If the product is delivered correctly, undamaged, and as per description, cancellation will not be accepted

  • Change of mind or personal preference is not a valid reason for cancellation

⚠️ Issues After Delivery (Reference to Existing Policies)

  • If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong product, the issue must be reported as per our Return & Refund Policy

  • Such cases are handled through verification with photo or video proof

  • Cancellation requests after delivery are not applicable; only policy-based resolution is offered

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders:
    Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders:
    COD orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for any refund

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
