💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – TrendzWorld (India)

At TrendzWorld, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for customers across India. Our COD policy is designed to ensure smooth deliveries while maintaining fairness for both customers and the store.

Please read this policy carefully before placing a COD order.

🇮🇳 COD Availability

  • COD is available across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location

  • COD availability may vary based on product type, order value, or delivery partner reach

📦 COD Order Processing & Shipping

  • All COD orders are verified before dispatch

  • Orders are shipped only after basic confirmation and quality checks

  • Once a COD order is dispatched, it is considered confirmed and in transit

🚚 Delivery & Payment Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that cash payment is ready at the time of delivery

  • Any cash-related issues (change unavailability, insufficient cash, or non-availability at delivery time) should be handled before placing the order

  • Delivery partners are instructed to deliver only after full payment collection

❌ No Return on Correct COD Deliveries

  • If a COD order is shipped and delivered correctly, as per product description, and without damage or defect, it cannot be returned

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

    • Cash availability issues at delivery time

Once a correct and undamaged product is delivered, the COD order is considered successfully completed.
