💳 Payment Policy – TrendzWorld (India)

At TrendzWorld, we provide secure and reliable payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers across India. All payments are processed as per our standard verification and fulfillment procedures.

💰 Available Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

🔐 Payment Security

  • TrendzWorld does not store or save any card, UPI, or banking details

  • Online payments are handled directly by Razorpay as per their security standards

  • Customer payment information remains confidential and protected

📦 Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders)

  • COD orders are processed after basic verification

  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it is handled as per our Shipping Policy

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Important Notes

  • COD is available across India, subject to serviceability

  • Customers must ensure cash availability at the time of delivery

  • If a COD order is delivered correctly and without damage, it is not eligible for return or refund, as per our COD and Return policies

🔁 Refunds (Payment Reference)

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method

  • COD refunds, if approved under policy conditions, are handled as store credit or bank transfer

  • Refund timelines are governed by our Return & Refund Policy

⚠️ Failed or Incomplete Payments

  • In case of a failed online transaction, the amount (if debited) is usually reversed by the bank or payment provider within their standard timeline

  • TrendzWorld is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks

🔐 Policy Consistency

This payment policy is applied in coordination with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, and COD Policy. All rules, timelines, and conditions remain consistent across policies.
